Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates
  • Jonadab gave thanks for God's good timing. His trip with the band to Perth was shifted so that he could attend both the church camp and the band trip.
  • Tian has decided to quit her waitressing job and is looking at various options as a volunteer for a childcare or social centre.
  • Anisia has her gynae appointment coming up this Friday.
  • Shu's sister is in currently in Vietnam on a business trip. Pray for Shu as she's be having diarrhoea and she's still in a limbo deciding on whether to continue working or not.
  • Vinson requested prayer for his cough that has been troubling him for the past 2 weeks. He gave thanks to God for keeping him safe during Sports Day. He contributed to a class tug-of-war competition which they eventually won 3rd place!
  • Pray for Mich's friend, Peiyi who is home alone at the moment. She also has a medicine faculty entry test on Friday.
  • Pray for Daniel, Joanna, the Mayflower students and the Primary sch kids as they'll be having their exams from tues.
  • Pray for Auntie Grace's 90yr old Grand Aunt and Mum as she prepares an evangelical outreach event for them. Pray that God will clear the obstacles they try to prevent them from hearing the word of God.

Good Friday & Easter Sunday Updates!
  • Tian's mum returned back safely from Shanghai and has gone to KL for 8 days. She gave thanks to God for keeping her healthy despite both parents coming down with flu. Pray for her as her uni interview is on Monday at 4pm. Pray for her dad's friend, Mr Chia who has been diagnosed with a condition similar to Wilfred's.
  • Miche went for a job interview for a coming food fair that requires her to have a good command of japanese. Pray for a good outcome as the pay is attractive. She also requested prayer for a friend of hers who is having a mild depression due to a recent failed relationship.
  • We rejoice together with Anisia and Daniel with Anisia's pregnancy. Pray for covering and protection over the soon-to-be mother!
  • Eunice requested good timing as she is tentatively scheduled for an attachment in Germany in June while Lee Huat on the other hand has reservist in July.
  • Pray for all the current students (Emm,Sam,Daniel,Jo) as they have exams coming up in 2 weeks.
  • Shu requests prayer for wisdom with regards to her current job as her contract will end on the 11th of May.
  • Pray for Uncle Derrick as some new work developments has placed his team in a challenging situation. Pray that God will grant them the courage and blessing in dealing with this.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates
  • Continue to pray for Anisia as she attends several courses that have very disruptive timings to her teaching schedule. Pray that she will not channel the negativity into her classroom lessons. She also has a new student from China that finds it difficult to keep up with the class. Pray that she will be able to handle this situation well.
  • Eunice gave thanks for God's presence and blessings in her presentation at work that went well.
  • Xiuxiu returns to her hometown in Malaysia for 3 days, starting from Tues.
  • Continue to pray fervently for Michelle (Huiling) as the test results for the tumour on her leg will be out this Tues.
  • Pray for Florence as well as she will be away in Malaysia on a company exchange project from Wed-Fri.
  • Tian gave thanks that her Varsity interview was granted, it will be conducted in 2 weeks.
  • Continue to pray for Wilfred as Pastor and Daniel ministers to him, that he will continue to seek and trust in God.
  • Pray for Daniel as a punishing week has resulted in a sore throat. Pray for him as he prepares for his exams that begin on the 27th of April.
  • Pray for Shumin as she perseveres in her job.
  • Pray for Samuel and Emmanuel as well as their mid-year examinations are at the end of this month.
  • Pray for Uncle Derrick's friend, Xiao Yang, as his father has recently suffered a stroke. Pray that Uncle Derrick's upcoming HK trip will be scheduled at a good time that won't clash with the kids' exams.
