Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates

Pray for Dan as he has to submit his practicum planning file this Monday. He also requested prayer for his colleague Damon's mum who recently suffered a stroke.
Vinson gave thanks for God's answer prayer - by bringing Victor to church! He requested prayer for his upcoming mid-year examinations that begin this Monday, particularly that he'll be able to absorb in his final revisions.
Sherwin gave thanks for a great orientation camp and the good friend's he has made. He also gave thanks that his Dad returned home safely.
Tian gave thanks for her Dad's understanding, allowing her to attend service without too much of a fuss.
Samuel requested prayer for his English and Chinese composition tests this week. He gave thanks that he managed to obtain good results for his Chinese test!
Shu gave thanks that her exams are over! Despite the challenging period, she gave thanks for God's peace and blessing. She also gave thanks for the increasing signs of her parent's open mindedness to God and christianity.
Pray for Benjamin and his friend Jens as they leave for a 4 week road trip holiday to Australia.
Ani gave thanks that Joshua has been sleeping well, she was thankful as well that he is adapting well to his new diet!
Auntie Elsie gave thanks for the smooth replacement of the faulty infant product.
Pray for JJ's friend who's going to Macau for a missiontrip, pray for strength and God's protection upon her.
Linda gave thanks that her blood pressure test helped her to avert a blood donation drive, allowing her to play a touch rugby friendly.
Jo requested prayer for God's direction and will for her future. Particularly with the pending scholarship and the decision between choosing to study or work. She also requested prayer for a quick conclusion for the outcome of her internship to Venice.
Eunice gave thanks that she has safely passed the 1st trimester, continue to pray for her health and the ability to handle the heavy workload. Pray for good spirits and the blessing of joy and positivity as her workplace is suffering from low morale at the moment.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates

Pastor and Auntie Jane gave thanks for a good fruitful time at the leaders' camp.
Pray for a good venue for our next church camp.
Pray for Eunice as she suffered from a fainting spell. Pray for her health as she copes with work and the baby.
Pray for Joshua as he has been waking up very frequently in the early hours, disrupting Anisia's sleep in the process as well.
Pray for Linda's cousin who has quite a bad impression of Christianity due to bad testimonies.
Shu gave thanks that her parents have recovered and that her term assignments did pretty okay. Pray for her and the uni girls as the exams are starting next week. Shu also requested prayer for her decision on a subject to major in uni.
Pray for Shu's sister as well, as she returns to Singapore on Tues midnight.
Pray for Sherwin's dad as he travels to Indonesia again next week. Pray for Sherwin as he has orientation camp from tues till friday. Pray for like-minded friends and good company.
Pray for Serene's cough as it is still pretty bad, as well as for her uni application as she tries to ascertain what's best for her and in God's will.
Tian gave thanks that despite her down moments during training ever since she sprained her ankle, her game on Saturday was great and really lifted her spirits. Continue to pray for her hamster, Big Lee who's still being angsty.
Pray for Emmanuel as he has a busy week ahead, with his 2.4km run, fitness test and geography test spread across the week.
Jon gave thanks that he managed to clock the fastest personal record for his 2.4km run despite the fact that he felt tired. He thanked God for the strength he was given.
Uncle Jeff gave thanks for the prayers and protection he received at his work place, preventing several near mishaps under his watch. Continue to pray for him and his work.
Pray for Xiuxiu as her company goes through their financial auditing, this translates into a very busy time at work for her. Pray that she'll be able to cope.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates

Ani gave thanks for the blessing of a timely and unexpected perfomance bonus.
She also gave thanks that Joshua's vaccination went extremely well. She shared with the church 1John 4:2 and how her weekly meditation on abiding my God's will touched her heart.
Auntie Jane requested continued prayer for Tom and Sulin, particularly that God will work and soften Tom's heart.
Pray for Serene's health as she has struggled with a bad cough as well as fever and vomitting over the long weekend.
Shu gave thanks that her mum has revealed a greater understanding during Qing Ming this year, particularly that Shu was able to make her stand clear. She gave thanks that her sister has arrived safely in the States and requested prayer for her parents' health.
Continue to pray for Sherwin's domestic situation, particularly the disagreements with the new maid. Pray for a smooth transition as they get accustomed to the new domestic helper.
Pray for Emmanuel as he as a slight thigh strain.
Pray for Uncle Dave as he seeks God's direction career-wise, and contemplates giving up taxi driving to focus on his real estate. Pray for his pending real estate case as it will be a determining factor for his career decision.
Pray for Jo as she has sent in her applications for the Masters program in NTU as well as the internship in Italy. Pray for good timing as there is a clash of acceptance dates between NUS and NTU. Pray for God's will to be revealed and fulfilled.
Pray for Beck's hamster as it has an injury on its leg!

Prayer and Thanksgiving Update

Jon gave thanks that the Life Concert went smoothly without any of the problematic power trips that plagued their rehearsals. He gave thanks as well for the salvations and rededications to God.
Pray for Dan as he has his formal observation this Monday. Pray for good weather and confidence. Pray for his health as he has been having stomach problems rather frequently of late.
Ani gave thanks for Joshua's recovery from his flu as well as for Eema's help last week. Pray for Ani's health as she is down with cough, pray that she'll recover soon to avoid spreading it to Joshua.
Eunice gave thanks that her pregnancy scan was very positive. Continue to pray for her as she has a hectic week ahead rushing to finish up a project.
Pray for Ben as he travels to the Philippines this Tues for the next 10 days.
Jo gave thanks that her thesis writing is finally over. She gave thanks for God's aid and the blessing of good health thruout the process. Pray for her as she considers her future options, particularly for God's direction and will.
Tian gave thanks that her prayer for her angsty hamster worked! Big Lee is now less snappy, calm and collected (:
Vinson gave thanks for an easy win in his soccer competition and God's protection upon him.
Florence gave thanks that her diarrhoea has recovered quite substantially. Pray for her weak elbow that she might have injured during her Vietnam trip.
Sherwin gave thanks that his dad cam back safe from Indonesia. Continue to pray for him as he has to travel quite often for work. Sherwin also requested prayer for his new domestic helper in the family as he thanked God for the 7 years of faithful service he has received from the previous helper.
Continue to pray for Emmanuel as he receives medical care for his nasal blockage. Pray that the doctors will be able to provide a cure that will rid him of the frequent tonsil infections.
Continue to pray for Tom and Sulin as Auntie Jane continues to encourage and minister to them despite Tom's unfavourable results. Pray that she'll be able to nurture their faith to trust in God.
